Hello everyone, welcome back to the next official page of Tôi Share! Since the weather in Northern Vietnam has finally shifted into the real year-end winter mood over these last two months of the year, I suddenly felt inspired to sit down, brew a cup of hot tea, and write something super serious yet totally honest for our blog community.

Introduction: A Freezing Northeast Monsoon Night in Hanoi

Are you guys in Hanoi and the Northern provinces feeling the real bite of the Northeast monsoon yet? Because I definitely am. Freezing. Bone-chillingly cold. After weeks of waiting and getting tricked by that annoying "eastward-deflected cold air" that only brought dry, sunny 33°C afternoons in late October, the real continental cold high-pressure system from Siberia has finally slammed straight into Northern Vietnam as we step into the final two months of the year. Only a few weeks left until Christmas 2026 and New Year's Eve 2027. Right now, as I sit at my desk wiping the dust off my laptop to type these lines, my fingers are practically numb, and I have a thick cotton blanket wrapped tightly around my shoulders like a cocoon. If you wake up early to go to school or work like me, stepping out of a warm bed onto the cold floor Tiles at 6 AM feels like pure torture.

I love winter, I really do, especially that melancholic feeling of riding around West Lake (Hồ Tây) or Hoàn Kiếm Lake at night just to let the cold wind hit my face and clear my head, or stopping by Phạm Hồng Thái street after school for a steaming hot bowl of bún ngan (Muscovy duck noodle soup) to warm my stomach. But every time the Northeast monsoon drops the night and early morning temperatures down deep, I worry so much about my family. My grandfather's health gets weaker whenever the weather flips suddenly like this after his stroke earlier this year, and my dad still has to wake up at 3:00 AM every single day to ride his motorbike through the freezing dark wind to work as a hotel chef, then come home at 12:00 PM noon to drive Grab right away. Meanwhile, at my school—Phan Đình Phùng High School here in Hanoi—my "genius-level" high school classmates still close all the classroom doors, complain that it is stuffy, and blast both the air conditioner and the ceiling fans for all 5 periods while it is freezing outside! Unbelievable. I forgot my jacket the other day and sat there shivering like a leaf.

You might be wondering why on earth the admin of Tôi Share is rambling about the Northeast monsoon, his dad's 3 AM shift, and his freezing classroom inside a Privacy Policy page, right? Well, that is our signature style. In an era where millions of websites just press a button and let an AI spit out a soulless, robotic 500-word legal template in 30 seconds, we refuse to do that. We write with real human gray matter. If you are going to spend your precious time reading articles, copying code snippets, or downloading Blogger templates on Tôi Share (https://www.toishare.net/), you deserve to hear directly from the real human running this site about what data our system collects, why we collect it, how we protect it, and how you can control it while we all survive this freezing winter together.

1. Who We Are & The Story Behind Our Infrastructure

Let me introduce ourselves properly for any new readers who just stumbled upon this page via Google Search. My name is Anh Vũ (born in 2009, currently a student at Phan Đình Phùng High School, Ba Đình District, Hanoi, busy preparing for the 2027 National High School Graduation Exam), and I founded this blog alongside our Director and Manager, Phạm Thanh Thanh Chúc. Before unifying everything under the official brand Tôi Share | Website Chia Sẻ Thủ Thuật - Kiến Thức Công Nghệ Khoa Học, our journey went through several names and experiments since I was in 7th grade during the late-2021 COVID-19 lockdown—starting from lOGHITECHUR, Cevta, ANewPlus, and ANewStudy, to Trick Pro and Sata Blog (where SA stands for Sáng and TA stands for Tạo).

Because our team has been targeted by content scrapers, iframe thieves, and full-site mirror bots more times than I can count, we do not just rely on default Blogger settings anymore. During my summer break in May 2026, I wrote over 1,000 lines of custom code to build our own serverless Blogspot Admin Management & Security System running on Cloudflare Workers, Cloudflare D1 SQL Database, and Worker KV. Because we built a custom security system sitting right between your browser and Google's servers, our Privacy Policy cannot be a generic copy-paste job. I am going to lay out every single piece of data that passes through our pipes. Zero hiding. Zero sugarcoating.

2. What Personal & Technical Data We Actually Collect

When you visit Tôi Share, read a weather analysis post, use our online tools, or leave a comment asking for a Blogger template, our system processes two main categories of information: data you voluntarily give us, and automated telemetry collected by our Cloudflare Worker firewall and Google's Blogger platform.

2.1. Data Collected Automatically via Our Custom Cloudflare Worker & D1 SQL

I have already shared screenshots of our custom admin panel in a previous blog post, so longtime readers know I am not making this up. When your browser sends an HTTP/HTTPS request to toishare.net, our Cloudflare Worker intercepts the request using HTMLRewriter and a lightweight client-side JavaScript snippet to log raw access data into our Cloudflare D1 SQL Database and Worker KV. Specifically, our system records:

  • Network & Location Identifiers: Your public IP address (IPv4 or IPv6), your Internet Service Provider (ISP/Telecom carrier like FPT, Viettel, VNPT), and approximate geographic location (Country, Region, and City) so we can render our visual visitor map.
  • Device & Browser Fingerprinting: Your browser type and version, operating system, screen resolution, device model code, and a cryptographic hardware/canvas Device Fingerprint.
  • Hardware & Connection Telemetry: Yes, our raw access log script checks whether you are connecting via Wi-Fi or mobile data (4G/5G), your current device battery percentage, and whether your phone or laptop is currently plugged into a charger! Why on earth do we check battery percentage and charging state? Relax, I have zero interest in stalking your daily routine. Bots, headless scrapers, and DDoS scripts spoofing user agents almost always report abnormal or static battery/network API states. Checking those parameters lets me spot a malicious scraper in 3 seconds flat and hit the "Ban Device" button right inside my Raw Access Log tab.
  • Behavioral & Session Data: Which URLs and article titles you click on, the exact timestamp (down to the second, minute, hour, and day), the referring website that sent you to our blog, and real-time online presence (tracked via Worker KV, unless my free KV write limit runs out for the day!).

2.2. Data You Voluntarily Provide (Comments, Emails & Template Requests)

Whenever we share a free Blogger template—like Lantro UI V2.0 or the modded T-Plus UI Liquid Glass iOS 26—our rule is simple: share the post and drop your Gmail address in the comment section below so we can send the file within 24 hours. When you leave a comment or contact us:

  • Blogger Comment System & JSONP Feeds: Your comment is processed through Google's Blogger API v3 (https://www.googleapis.com/blogger/v3/blogs) and rendered on our site via JSONP feeds (/feeds/comments/default) for our custom "Recent Comments" widget. This publicly displays your Blogger/Google display name, your profile URL, your Gravatar or Blogger avatar image, the timestamp, and the text of your comment.
  • Email Addresses: If you type your Gmail address into a public comment to request code or templates, that email address is visible in the comment thread and stored in Blogger's database until you or our admins delete the comment. If you subscribe to our newsletter widget, your email is stored solely for sending new post alerts.

3. How Our Real-Time Notification & Firewall Systems Use Your Data

We do not sell your data. Ever. I am a high school student and blogger who codes for passion and runs a creative community, not a shady data broker. Every byte of technical data collected by Tôi Share serves three strict operational purposes:

  1. Cybersecurity, Anti-Scraping & Firewall Protection: If someone tries to use an <iframe> to embed our tools, runs an automated script to rip our articles, or attempts a DDoS flood, our Cloudflare Firewall module allows us to block access by IP address, city, country, browser, or hardware device fingerprint. Even if a malicious actor switches their IP or uses a VPN, our device fingerprint matcher will automatically ban the new session.
  2. Real-Time Admin Alerts (Telegram & Resend API): Our Cloudflare Worker is connected to the Telegram Bot API and the Resend Email API. When a new comment is posted or a suspicious access pattern occurs, the system pushes an encrypted alert straight to my phone via Telegram and sends an email log via Resend (though Resend's free tier only gives me 100 emails a month, so once it hits the cap, it just throws an error into my System Error Log tab—which honestly reminds me of a wife asking "Do you know what your mistake is yet?" so I know what to fix).
  3. Content Optimization & Manual SEO Analysis: Looking at which articles get read the most—whether it is our series on dangerous storms and hail, our deep dives into early Vietnamese YouTubers like Vanh Leg, or our JavaScript code shares—helps our team know what topics you guys actually care about so we can write better human-crafted posts.

4. Client-Side Web Tools (Sitemap Extractor & Blogspot Lookup Tools)

On Tôi Share, we frequently share interactive web tools embedded directly inside our posts—such as our URL Extractor Tool from XML Sitemap and our Blogspot Detailed Information Lookup Tool. Here is how your data is handled when you use those tools:

  • 100% Browser-Side Execution for File Uploads: When you upload an .xml, .txt, or .html file into our Sitemap URL Extractor, the code uses standard HTML5 FileReader and DOMParser APIs right inside your own web browser's memory (RAM). Your uploaded files are never uploaded to our服务器 (servers) or saved in our D1 database.
  • Blogger API Lookup Queries: When you type a blog URL or Blog ID into our Blogspot Lookup Tool, your browser makes a direct GET request to Google's official endpoint (https://www.googleapis.com/blogger/v3/blogs). We only display publicly available metadata permitted by Google's API (such as blog creation date, post count, public page titles, and public comments).

5. Cookies, Google AdSense, DoubleClick DART & Anti-Adblock

Running a blog costs real money—from domain renewals for toishare.net to server maintenance. Earlier in March 2026, we actually had to sell two of our sister cultural blogs (Đêm Giao Thừa and Chiều Cuối Năm) over to Dev Share Pro because we lacked the budget to maintain everything at once. To keep Tôi Share alive and sharing free code without charging readers a single penny, we display advertisements and use cookies.

  • Essential & Preference Cookies: Our custom Blogger template (built on upgraded Median UI / Plus UI / Lantro UI architecture) uses browser localStorage and first-party cookies to remember your dark/light mode preference, custom theme color choices, font size settings, and bookmarked articles.
  • Push Notification Cookies: If you click the blue bell icon in the bottom-right corner of our screen to subscribe to new post alerts, a service worker token is stored in your browser to deliver those notifications. You can revoke this permission anytime in your browser's site settings.
  • Anti-Adblock Mechanism: Our security script includes an Anti-Adblock detector that displays a polite popup if an ad blocker is active. This script only checks whether ad containers are blocked on your screen; it does not read any personal files on your computer.
  • Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertising Cookies: Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) to serve ads on Tôi Share based on your visit to our blog and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the official Google Ad and Content Network Privacy Policy.

For complete transparency and to verify how our upstream infrastructure providers handle your data, please consult these official authoritative resources:

6. Legal Compliance & Your Data Protection Rights (Vietnam & International)

As stated in our brand identity announcement, Tôi Share always respects intellectual property rights and puts the rule of law above all else. Even though we write in a casual, friendly tone, our data handling strictly complies with applicable laws:

  • Vietnamese Law (Decree 13/2023/ND-CP & Cybersecurity Law 2018): Under Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP of the Government of Vietnam on Personal Data Protection, you hold full statutory rights as a Data Subject, including the right to be informed, the right to consent, the right to access, the right to withdraw consent, and the right to request deletion of your personal data within 72 hours of a valid request.
  • International Standards (GDPR & CCPA/CPRA): For readers visiting our blog from the European Economic Area (under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 - GDPR) or California, USA (under the California Consumer Privacy Act - CCPA), you have the right to request disclosure of the categories of data we collect, request erasure of any personal identifiers (such as comments, Gmail addresses, or IP logs in our D1 SQL table), and opt out of personalized advertising cookies.

How to Exercise Your Rights on Tôi Share:

  • If you left your Gmail address in a comment to receive a Blogger template and want it removed so bots cannot see it, simply delete your comment directly using your Google account, or message us and we will purge it from our Blogger Comment Manager API immediately.
  • If our Cloudflare Firewall accidentally flagged and blocked your IP address or device fingerprint (for example, if you refreshed a page 50 times in a row while testing code!), contact our hotline with your public IP and we will lift the ban manually.
  • Raw access logs stored in our Cloudflare D1 SQL Database and Worker KV are periodically purged to save storage quota and ensure old visitor telemetry is never kept longer than necessary for security auditing.

7. Children's Privacy & Student Safety

Many of our readers are middle school, high school, and university students across Vietnam who love learning HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and blogging—just like I was back in late 2021 when I was a 7th grader tinkering with my very first Blogspot theme. While our content is safe and educational for students, in compliance with Vietnam's Law on Children 2016 (Article 21 & Article 54) and the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Tôi Share does not knowingly collect sensitive personal information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has publicly posted personal contact details or family information in our comment section, please contact us immediately so our admin team can delete the record.

8. Third-Party Links & Modded Template Disclaimers

Occasionally, our articles contain external links to social media platforms, news outlets, GitHub repositories, or third-party demo blogs (such as template previews or community tools). Once you click a link that leaves toishare.net, our Privacy Policy no longer applies. Furthermore, as we always remind you in our template sharing posts: when you download free or community-modded Blogger templates, always inspect the XML code before uploading it to your own blog, and purchase official licenses from original developers (such as Coshix or Maki) whenever possible to avoid copyright and security risks.

9. Contact Information & Data Protection Hotline

Since we upgraded our operations, Tôi Share maintains a dedicated feedback channel and hotline so readers can report content issues, copyright concerns, or privacy requests promptly. No matter how cold the Hanoi wind gets this November and December, our team is always online 24/7 to support you:

  • Official Website: https://www.toishare.net/
  • Founder & Lead Developer: Anh Vũ (Hanoi, Vietnam)
  • Director & Content Manager: Phạm Thanh Thanh Chúc
  • Support & Privacy Requests: Leave a direct message via our official Contact Page on Tôi Share or reach out through our verified admin social channels linked in the website header/footer.

Don't forget to click the blue bell icon in the bottom right corner of your screen to receive the latest notifications from Tôi Share!

Final Words

Thank you for coming here, and thank you for reading this entire Privacy Policy page from start to finish. Remember to follow and support Tôi Share on our journey ahead. Wishing you and your family good health, warmth, and happiness so we can all fully enjoy the freezing cold days of Northern Vietnam's winter this year! Goodbye. (update 11:03 PM - 02/11/2026)
